Driver Jones LLC provides business consultation and advisory services. The exact scope, duration, fee and deliverables may vary and should be agreed before work begins.

Fees and payments

Fees may be charged by consultation package, session, one-time membership, custom service or another agreed basis. Before submitting a card payment, you must review the selected service or package, the amount being charged and the checkout acknowledgment. For custom sessions or custom services, the scope and amount should be discussed or agreed before payment. Payments are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy and are non-refundable except as expressly stated there or where applicable law requires otherwise.

No guaranteed outcome

Consulting provides recommendations and professional input, but business results depend on many factors outside our control. No specific revenue, growth, performance or platform outcome is guaranteed.

Professional limitations

Unless specifically agreed in writing and delivered by a properly qualified professional, services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, evaluating recommendations and making your own business decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website, payment system or consultation services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
