Cancellation & Refund Policy

Non-refundable purchases

Unless Driver Jones LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing, payments for consultation packages, one-time membership, custom sessions and custom services are non-refundable after payment is completed, except where this policy specifically provides otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

Scheduling and rescheduling

If you need to change a scheduled consultation, contact Driver Jones LLC as soon as reasonably possible. A reschedule may be offered at our discretion depending on reserved time, work already performed and the terms of the engagement. A reschedule does not create a right to a refund.

Completed consultation

Fees for consultation time or work already delivered are not refundable merely because a client later chooses not to use the recommendations or does not achieve a desired business outcome.

Duplicate or incorrect payment

If you believe you submitted a duplicate payment or entered an incorrect amount, contact Driver Jones LLC promptly with the payment reference so the transaction can be reviewed.

Custom engagements

Project-based or custom services may have separate cancellation, deposit or refund terms communicated before payment. Those agreed terms control if they differ from this general policy.

Payment disputes

Please contact us first if you believe there is a payment error so we can review the transaction and service record.
